Division Council Meeting
September 18 Division Council Meeting

Following is my vision for Division 15 during the 2007-2008 Kiwanis Year. Obviously the Installation of Officers has already been completed. Concerning the Goals, they are for the entire Division and are established as such because each club in Division 15 is a unique entity and are at different stages of development and or redevelopment.

My observation is that each club has a strong desire to help its community to the fullest extent of each Club’s capability. I am and Kiwanis should be proud of each of you. Together we will search for ways for each club to attain or contribute to the overall Division goals I have enumerated below.

Please keep in mind that I view my role as one of assistance: I will help you in any way possible, all you have to do is ask. Kiwanis has many committees designed to help clubs achieve their individual goals but you can rest assured that if I recommend help from any of them it will be totally understood that they do not come in and try to trust upon us some text book solutions. They will be made to understand that we on the Eastern Shore are unique and while we all have the same goal of service, each club’s problems are unique.

  • Let’s all strive for a great 2007-2008 year. The key to that is to always have fun in whatever you are doing.
  • Goals for Division 15
    1. Grow Membership in Div. 15 through promoting Kiwanis service, enthusiasm and commitment by a net 12 new members.
    2. Have Clubs take advantage of resources (Growth Team) to assist in membership growth and public relations (Growth Team)

    6. Tell the Kiwanis story to at least 2 people each month
    7. To have at least 1 interclub each month
    8. Start two new Kiwanis clubs this year.
